DeGraffinreed Selected South Carolina Education Lottery USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week

AIKEN, S.C. - University of South Carolina Aiken women’s basketball player Hannah DeGraffinreed was selected as the South Carolina Education Lottery USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week on Nov. 21, 2010.

A native of Raleigh, N.C., DeGraffinreed led the Pacers last week, averaging 15 points and five rebounds in USC Aiken’s two games.

The junior transfer shot 45 percent (10-for-22) from the field in the two games. She hit upon 71 percent (10-of-14) of her free throw attempts on the week.

In USC Aiken’s game with Georgia College, DeGraffinreed finished with 12 points and four rebounds. She also had a steal.

DeGraffinreed collected 18 points and six rebounds in USC Aiken’s dominating win over Limestone. She acquired three of her six boards on the offensive glass.

DeGraffinreed shot 50 percent (6-of-12) from the floor in the win over Limestone. She was almost perfect from the free throw line, finishing with just one miss (6-for-7).
