USC Aiken Tennis Set to Commence Fall Campaign at USC Upstate Classic
2011 USC Aiken Tennis Fall Schedule
SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The University of South Carolina Aiken Men’s and Women’s Tennis teams will open their 2011 fall schedules by participating in the USC Upstate Fall Classic at the USC Upstate Tennis Complex.
The event will begin on Friday, Sept. 16 and it will conclude on Sunday, Sept. 18.
The draws for the annual event were unveiled Thursday afternoon by USC Upstate.
The 2011 USC Aiken Men’s Tennis team concluded its 2011 spring season ranked 32nd nationally. The Pacers were 8-10 overall and 2-7 in Peach Belt Conference action.
The 2011 USC Aiken Women’s Tennis team ended its 2011 spring season with a record of 10-10 overall. The Pacers were 4-8 in the Peach Belt Conference last year.
After competing in the USC Upstate Fall Classic the Pacers will then participate in the ITA Regionals in Sumter, S.C. The regionals will be contested Friday, Sept. 23-Sunday, Sept. 25.
USC Aiken will close out its fall campaign by participating in the Chick-Fil-A Collegiate at the Newman Tennis Center in Augusta, Ga. The annual event begins Friday, Sept. 30. The two-day event will conclude on Saturday, Oct. 1.
