USC Aiken to Offer Free Tickets to Law Enforcement for Remaining Basketball Games
AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken announced on Monday that all law enforcement individuals and their families will receive complimentary tickets to each of the remaining three home basketball doubleheaders at the Convocation Center.
“With the events that have happened over the past couple of months with Aiken Public Safety, USC Aiken wants to do its part,” noted USC Aiken Athletic Director Randy Warrick. “We feel that this would provide these individuals a way to get away and take their mind off of work, while enjoying high-quality collegiate basketball. We would love for them to come to one or all of the remaining games.”
All the law enforcement community (police, sheriff’s department, firemen, highway patrol, etc.) need to do is show their badge at the Convocation Center ticket window to claim their complimentary tickets for themselves and their families.
USC Aiken’s next home men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader will be on Saturday, Feb. 11 against UNC Pembroke. The women’s game is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. with the men’s game slated to start at 7:30 p.m.
The Pacers will hold their annual Homecoming doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 18 against Lander at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The final home men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader of the year will be on Wednesday, Feb. 22 against Francis Marion at the Convocation Center at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
